Monitoring unit for baked wares straight from the oven

The production monitoring unit monitors baked wares with keeping properties, which pass on a conveyer from the oven to further processing. Measurements are taken by a unit over a dedicated measurement conveyor. Another unit extracts products from the line, for measurement. The measurement equipment includes sensors for width (9), length, residual moisture (8) and browning (7). Contact sensors detect length and width. The measurement conveyor is a scraper bar conveyor. It is complemented by a return unit (10), which replaces the wares into the product stream (14).
