Clamping bolt for construction parts

The clamping bolt comprises a spread-arm expander (1) arranged in the upper part of a bolt and a clamp (7) arranged at the bottom. The bolt is led through a guide hole (4) in one of the parts being connected. An intermediate disc (2) on the threaded (6) bolt shaft (5) can be pressed against the lower of the parts by the clamp. The fold-out arms (3) of the expander are joined together by a free ring (8) in the lower part of the expander as fixed to the top end of the bolt. The guide hole contains a stabiliser sleeve and the disc and clamp stand clear of the guide hole, using a wing nut as preferred clamp. The device typically is made of plastics or other flexible material also offering load resistance, and the outside diameter of the free ring exceeds the inside diameter of shaft but is still less than that of the guide hole.
