Diagnostic drugs containing at least one substance selected from among polypeptides selected from the HMG-1 family, polypeptides selected from the HMG-2 family and fragments thereof capable of reacting with antibodies of patients with autoimmune diseases; diagnostic kits; and a method for detecting antibodies of patients with autoimmune diseases with the use of the same.
