Cover foil comprises: (i) a first layer that is e.g. only plastically deformable at a high first temperature e.g. 120-200 deg C, comprising polycarbonate, PMMA, PVC, ABS, PP or PE and a structure, e.g. a texture and/or a pattern pressed out of the main surface by exerting pressure and increasing temperature to the first temperature using a heated profile roller; (ii) a second layer adhered to the first layer and comprising a dimensionally stable carrier layer, esp. PC, PMMA, PVC, polyester/PET or ABS; and (iii) a third layer meltable and thermally-activated at a lower second temperature e.g. 50-90 deg C and comprising a hot-melt or glue layer of EVA, EEA, EBA, EMA, GBA, polyolefin, copolymer ester, polyacetate ester, softened PVC, acrylate or acryl-based substances; or (iv) a pressure-sensitive glue layer. Layers are mutually connected by adhesive agents by e.g. coextrusion. Outer surface of layer (i) does not adhere to the outer surface of layer (iii) so that in rolled-up state, the outer surfaces lying on each other do not mutually adhere. Layer (ii) opt. comprises PVF/Tedlar or another different polyolefin.
