<p>The support (1) for the prefabricated wall panel has a horizontal top part forming a rail (5) which receives the panel and a lower part, parallel to the rail, forming a sole plate (6) attached to the building structure or foundation. The upper and lower parts of the support are joined by a vertical wall (10) which defines a hollow volume (V1, V2) which provides a protected passage for cables or pipes. The upper and lower parts of the support are made separately with predetermined section profiles. They are joined by a third part with an I-shaped section carrying horizontal plates at each end (8, 9), which fit into the upper and lower parts to form a rigid structure.</p> |
