Electronic control system e.g. of hydraulic fluidic flow power valves system used for machine tools

The fluid power actuators 120,126 receive controlled flow from valves 116 and manual inputs are in the form of signals from joystick units 18,20. The signals are received by an electronic controller 14 that provide pressure and flow control functions. The controller is sub divided into two stages ,with one stage converting the manual inputs into tool speed and required pump speed. The second stage determines which action is required to achieve the required result.
