METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF DISORDER IN CONTRACTION DYNAMICS OF RIGHT VENTRICLE

The method provides simultaneous electrocardiogram and radiokinetocardiogram registration. The radiokinetocardiograph antenna is placed at the same level as the 4th costal space of the breastbone so that Q and T cogs of the electrocardiogram should coincide with cogs S1 and D1 of the radiokinetocardiogram. The radiokinetocardiogram registration phase is put according to the left outside top maximum of the reflected signal vibration amplitude. The dynamical breaks in the heart right chamber during the period of arrhythmia are diagnosed when the audible D1 waves are determined by radiokinetocardiogram.
