PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a lightweight and waveless ceiling board with high design efficiency and having good quality. SOLUTION: Frame members 2 having grooves in the end faces are mounted to both ends of a substrate 1 by directing the grooves to the outsides, a honeycomb core 3 laminating a sheet on at least one side is mounted between the frame members 2 by directing the sheet non-laminated surface to the substrate side, and it is coated with a facing member 4 continued from the groove of one frame member 2 to the surface of the substrate 1 and the groove of the other frame member 2 to stick. Therefore, warp is made in accordance with humidity variations while holding strength sufficiently as the ceiling board to make it possible to prevent the occurrence of waves in the whole ceiling board and, at the same time, corners of the frame members can be formed into the curved surfaces, or the ceiling board can flexibly correspond to an optional design to be required without being controlled over the sectional design. |
