PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car security device and a car security system for use in preventing a vehicle from being stolen in which content of abnormal state generated during a time of operation of a car security function (a sensor detected an abnormal state and a time to detect an abnormal state) can be acknowledged more in detail. SOLUTION: In the case that an abnormal state is detected by sensors 24 to 28 when a security function is turned on, a control section 17 stores information about the sensor or time in which the abnormal state is detected in a memory part 14 as security information.
