<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a clearance between a shaft and a bearing hole by installing an elastic energizing means imparting axial deviation force between the tapered shaft section and the tapered bearing hole. SOLUTION: The pivot coupling structure is composed of a bearing bush 21 pressed into a check plate 6, etc., for an automobile door checker and a pivot shaft 8. A downward pan-shaped elastic flange 23 is connected continuously at the small-diametral end section of a tapered bearing hole 22a in the bush 21 consisting of a synthetic resin. The tapered shaft section 24 of the shaft 8 is fitted rotatably into the hole 22a while a mounting shaft section 25 is fixed into the mounting hole 30 of a bracket 7, etc., and the flange 23 is held between the plate 6 and the bracket 7 and expanded to the outside in the radial direction. When a clearance is formed between the hole 22a and the shaft section 24 by abrasion, these hole 22a and shaft section 24 are displaced relatively in the axial direction by the repulsive force of the flange 23, and the clearance is buried. Accordingly, looseness can be removed automatically without increasing parts, and the generation of an abnormal sound can be prevented, and durability can be improved.</p> |
