FIELD: assembly of gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: turbine disk with preliminarily arranged blades is installed on a rotating base jig. The rotational speed of the base jig is within 4 to 6 rpm. Blades are pressed in by an actuator tool made in the form of a roller, 120 to 150 mm in diameter. During each revolution of the disk each blade is pressed in by a force of 600 to 800 N to a depth of 0.3 to 0.4 mm. The quantity of revolutions makes up an assembly cycle.
