SUBSTANCE: rods in the device have longitudinal grooves on the fork-shaped end. The stitching-roller spindle is fastened on the mentioned rod end. One end of the spindle is hinge-mounted, and the other is installed in the longitudinal groove for movement and turning relative to the hinge joint through equal angles to both sides from the normal to the rod.
