FIELD: woodworking, in particular, moulding of moulded construction products of one-piece wood, for instance, plane parquet. SUBSTANCE: the method includes loading of blanks of natural moisture content in moulding members placed in the press die, piezoelectric working by a punch, fixing of the blank in the moulding members by their fastening on completion of the punch working stroke, and thermal treatment of the fixed blank after removal from the press jointly with the moulding members. The device is featured by the fact that the moulding members are made in the form of an insert and cover moving in the insert under the action of the punch. The insert and punch have holes for installation and arrangement of gripper forks connecting the cover in the insert, and the insert to the punch in the extreme working position of the punch.
