PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a production method for a screen printing plate printing easily and rapidly without using a film. SOLUTION: At an emulsion coating stage 1, an UV sensitized emulsion is coated on both surfaces of a gauze of a screen printing plate. At a drying stage 2, the UV sensitized emulsion coating both surfaces of this gauze is effected an airdrying and cured to a washable degree. At a printing stage 3, a print is effected on one surface side of the UV sensitized emulsion by a printer. At an exposure stage 4, a violet radiation is emitted from a side which a drawing part of the screen printing plate is fixed. Then, the drawing part is not sensitized, only a part other than the drawing part is sensitized in the UV sensitized emulsion, the UV sensitized emulsion of the part is sensitized to be cured. Therefore, at the next washing stage 5, when a water under pressure is sprayed to the gauze, only the UV sensitized emulsion of a non-cured drawing part is blown, whereby a screen printing plate with a cured part remaining exception the drawing part is completed. |
