PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester-based blended yarn free from stuffy feeling and stickiness, excellent in shape stability, strength-retaining property and comfortability to wearing and suitable for knitted and woven fabrics by blending a specific polyester-based filament yarn with other filament yarn. SOLUTION: This blended yarn is obtained by blending a polyester-based filament yarn having >=1% moisture-absorbing and releasing parameterΔMR and comprising a fiber containing >=5wt.% copolyester having a copolymerized hydrophilic compound and containing at least either one among a polar group- containing compound and a crosslinking agent or a fiber containing >=5wt.% polyether ester amide or a mixture of polyether ester amide with other thermoplastic resin with other filament yarn. Furthermore, it is preferable to produce a polyester-based woven and knitted fabric having <3kV friction charged voltage according to JIS-L-1094-B method by using the polyester-based blended yarn.
