PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of an elevator device by furnishing a hall call learning means which can work in quick response to the movement, etc., of the user or tenant. SOLUTION: The hall call information, car call button 51, and operational information of a car 5 sent to an elevator control device 2 are fed to an information collecting device 61 in a wait device 6, and a learnig part 62 learns the information collected by the part 61 together with the time which a clock 63 shows. A communication part 64 sends the learning result to a monitor center 7, which sends back the judgement whether the learning is possible and the wait control should take place on the basis of the learning result and the situation of tenant and/or people dwelling, while a changeover part 65 changes over from the learning possible to impossible, and from the wait to be implemented to out of implementation. |
