PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply remove a foreign matter from laver without carrying out back washing when the foreign matter is clogged in a filter. SOLUTION: This apparatus is obtained by arranging a long material 4 in rows every definite intervals T in the middle of the inlet 3 and outlet 3 of a casing 1, supporting an opening and closing lever 5 at intervals T between sides of long material 4 so as to enable free control of rotating angle around the center line in the longitudinal direction in a direction parallel to the long material 4 and forming an interval (t) between the side and the opening and closing lever 5 so as to enable opening and closing control by control of the angle. |
