摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition effective for decreasing the damage of lactobacillus with gastric acid without necessitating the increase in the addition amount of the lactobacillus or the coating of the lactobacillus cell and suitable as foods and beverages containing lactobacillus by compounding lactobacillus with yeast resistant to gastric acid in combination with riboflavin. SOLUTION: This composition contains lactobacillus such as Streptococcus faecalis, a yeast resistant to gastric acid such as beer yeast (the addition amount of the yeast is preferably 10-30 times weight of the lactobacillus) and riboflavin. The composition containing the lactobacillus is preferably added to foods or beverages to produce foods or beverage containing lactobacillus.
