摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure the shaking angle of a drop door and to enlarge an opening area to easily discharge a matter to be kneaded, by mutually meshing a small diameter gear fixed to a door shaft and a large diameter gear fixed to a rotary shaft parallelly provided to the door shaft. SOLUTION: A small diameter gear 21 and a large diameter gear 22 have fan-shaped parts 21A, 22A protruding fanwise at predetermined anglesθ1,θ2 in a radious outward direction and gears of numbers of teeth Z1, Z2 having predetermined pitch circle diameters PCD1, PCD2 (PCD1< PCD2) are respectively formed to the respective fan-shaped parts 21A, 22A. The fanwise anglesθ1,θ2 and numbers of teeth Z1, Z2 of the fan-shaped parts 21A, 22A of the respective gears 21, 22 are determined so as to be capable of ensuring the shaking angleθof a drop door 2 so as to increase a sufficient opening area A of a discharge port 3 when the matter to be kneaded in a kneading chamber 8 is discharged.
