PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the easy cold cutting of an elastic sheet member to the desired accurate shape without heating a cutter when molding the sheet member. SOLUTION: This vacuum molding device 10 has a first and a second mold 12, 14 and a molding face 16 formed on the first mold 12. The first mold 12 has an inner hollow space 20 which communicates with a hole part 24 perforated in the molding face 16 and is equipped part a vacuum pump 22. The second mold 14 has a pressing part 26 incorporating a cylinder 28 which displaces a cutter 32 with a trimming serrated blade 30 provided in the second mold 14. In addition, an upper groove 36 for the passage of the tip of the cutter 32 is formed in the pressing part 26 of the second mold 14. Further, a lower groove 34 for receiving the tip of the cutter 32 is formed in the first mold 12.
