PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the adjustment of the foaming pressure of a foaming stock soln., to prevent the leakage of the foaming stock soln. or foam from the perforations of the sewn parts of a skin material formed to a bag shape, and to improve appearance by using the skin material described above and inflating the skin material by utilizing the foaming pressure of the foaming stock. SOLUTION: A soft synthetic resin film 23 is laminated on the rear surface side of the skin material 11 of a head rest 10 and the skin material is formed to a desired shape in the bag form by sewing. The perforations 27 are formed on the synthetic resin film 23 on the rear surface side of the skin material 11. The foaming pressure is regulated by discharging a foaming gas from the perforations 27 of the synthetic resin film 23 at the time of the integral foam molding of a pad material 13. |
