FIELD: medicine, surgery, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the given holding device has a body with working channel and connecting socket situated in a body with possibility to interact by internal clamping grooves with roller stoppers that have circulatory working hollows, these grooves are situated with possibility to move in direction groove installed in a body sprung by an insertion part spring and supplied with instrumental channel that is connected with direction grooves and working channel with inserted mobile driving limiter designed as additional socket, the width of every circulatory working hollow is determined by the following formula: B = D sin B = Dsinalpha/2 + C/2 + C, where B - the width of every circulatory working hollow, D - the diameter of cross section of medicinal needle, alpha - an angle of 20-130 deg. between radiuses of cross section of medicinal needle that are applied for the points of its contact with every circulatory working hollow, C - technological allowance. EFFECT: higher efficiency to obtain improved interaction of medicinal needles and tissues to simplify the work of a surgeon and shorten the terms of operation. 9 clr |
