PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fish paste and a deep fat fry thereof capable of forming a uniform and smooth paste by grinding the bone and skin of a fish, especially of a sardine together with the meat part thereof, and not broken even in frying the paste. SOLUTION: This method for producing a fish paste comprises removing a head part and viscera of a sardine, washing the sardine of which head and viscera are removed, freezing the washed sardine, forming a fish paste of the frozen sardine, adding additives to the fish paste, forming the fish paste incorporated with additives to a form to be fried, making holes in the formed fish paste and frying the fish paste having holes to obtain the deep fat fried product. |
