PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film excellent in pinhole resistance (flex resistance) and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: This film is made from a copolymer comprising ethylene and a 6-12 C linearα-olefin or a resin composition containing this copolymer and satisfying the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) the density is 0.860-0.945g/cm<3> , (2) the melt flow rate (at 190 deg.C under a load of 2.16kg) is 0.001-50g/10min, and (3) the amount of n-heptane extractibles is 0.40mg/m<2> or below.
