PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency and simplicity in processes for opening, fixing and closing a film opening in a packaging machine using a tube-like plastic film. SOLUTION: A spring plate materials 13, 14 are placed in an overlapping state and also hanging down from a spring plate support roller 10 inside a tube-like plastic film (f), the spring plate materials are pushed from both ends via the film by air cylinders 40, 41, the film fuse-cut only on one of faces by a film sealer 30 is opened like a ring together with the spring plate material, and a film opening is fixed by film opening guides 20, 21. After an object to be packaged is put in, the air cylinders are returned, thereby causing the spring plate material to open naturally together with the film due to elasticity.
