FIELD: domestic equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has product vapor pumping out unit, vapor separator and calorizator. Product vapor pumping out unit has surface condenser connected in series with water jet ejector. Calorizator has vessel-evaporator with electric heaters, outer and inner containers defining heat-carrier circuit. Vessel-evaporator is communicated with heat-carrier circuit and positioned below it. Vapor separator is formed as annular chamber positioned in inner cavity of calorizator. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 1 dwgn
