PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a molded piece formed integrally with a skin using an extrusion blow molding method. SOLUTION: A skin fixture 16 is provided between an extrusion molding machine for extruding a parison P and molds 12, 13. In addition, the skin fixture 16 is equipped with a plurality of bending joint parts 17a and an arm part 17 with a plurality of grips 17b for supporting a skin 18 by suspension. Further, the skin 18 is wound around the outer periphery of the extruded parson P with the help of the skin fixture 16 and the molds 12, 13, are closed. A gas is introduced into the parison P to form a molded piece with the skin 18 adhering to the entire area from the front face to part of the back face. After taking the molded piece out of the molds 12, 13, the terminals of the skin 18 need not be trimmed. |
