PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the formation of a skin layer with high accuracy of the inner face on both inner and outer faces of a resin foam. SOLUTION: This forming device is operated to form a tubular material of thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent which is continuously extruded from an extruding die into a tubular thermoplastic resin foam sequentially. In addition, the forming device consists of the extruding die 1, a sizing die 2 for celka process which causes the tubular material extruded from the extruding die 1 to foam in the inner diametral direction while regulating the outer diameter of the tubular material, a gas exhausting means which continuously removes a gas generated from the tubular material passing through the interior of the sizing die 2 for cellca process, an inner diameter regulating part 43 which regulates the inner diameter of the tubular thermoplastic resin foam to be formed, and a cooling means which cools the inner diameter regulating part 43 from its interior. |
