摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording body in which recording picture quality and glossiness are excellent and deterioration of recording picture quality is reduced even when recording is performed in the conditions of high humidity by using caprolactone-modified acrylater as an electron beam-curable compound. SOLUTION: In a protective layer in which an electron beam-curable compound is irradiated with electron beams and cured, caprolactone-modified acetylene is used as the electron beam-curable compound. The amount of caprolactone mollified acrylate to be used is favorably >=40wt.% of the whole solid amount of the protective layer. When the amount of caprolactone modified acrylate to be used is less than 40wt.%, such fear is caused that the interface between the uppermost layer and the protective layer is peeled in the case of recording and recording picture quality is deteriorated and glossiness of the uppermost layer is deteriorated. The use amount of caprolactone modified-acrylate more favorably is 50wt.% or more.
