FIELD: jet mixers for mixing vapor and liquid as disintegrators, homogenizers, for disinfection and pasteurization of liquids and also for heating the liquids in the systems of their transportation. SUBSTANCE: injector mixer has body with radial branch pipe for intake of liquid and accommodated in body along its axis, vapor nozzle connected with vapor source, and mixing chamber having central cylindrical channel with variable section of external surface which forms together with body inner surface, annular channel connected with central channel of mixing chamber by means of suction circular nozzle. Provision is made for introduction of additional members such as fairing or central body into vapor nozzle of the second heating stage of vapor-liquid flow made in the form of mixing chamber with vapor inlet. EFFECT: provision of stable operation of injector, improved heat-and-mass transfer, and extended range of device operation. 4 cl, 4 dwgp
