The bar feeder comprises an oscillatable magazine in which bars (C) are arranged so as to form a substantially vertical plane. A bar pusher (63) is arranged at the top of the magazine; in one angular position of the magazine, the bar pusher (63) pushes the upper bar (C1) into the mandrel of the lathe. Another pusher (70) is arranged to the side of the bar pusher (63) and, in the other angular position of the magazine, it pushes the bars (C) towards the machining tools of the lathe. The magazine comprises two walls (38,41,42,43) defined by a series of rods (38,42) and uprights (41,43) which can be spaced according to the diameter of the bars. <IMAGE> |
