摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve surgerical workability under an endoscope by a method wherein a lock means with an internal needle insertable therethrough is provided and held on a mantle tube within a lumen of a patient to reduce the degree of protrusion of the mantle tube into the lumen of a mantle tube. SOLUTION: A lock means 6 made up of a hard pipe with the inner and outer diameters thereof almost equal to those of a sheath 4 is mounted at a tip part of a mantle tube 2 using an internal needle 3 as guide in such a manner that it can be loaded on or unloaded from the sheath 4. In the use of a trocar 1, the internal needle 3 is inserted through the mantle tube 2 while the lock means 6 is integrally assembled at the tip of the internal needle 3. Then, this internal needle 3, the lock means 6 and the mantle tube 2 are punctured in vivo of a patient. When the mantle tube 2 reaches the wall of a stomach, the internal needle 3 is withdrawn from the mantle tube 2 and the lock member 6 comes off the tip of the internal needle 3 and becomes free within the wall of the stomach. Then, a release button 16 of a wire fixture 13 is forced in to make a wire 9 for fixing movable and then, the wire is pulled to press the lock means 6 onto the wall of the stomach. Then, the release button 16 is separated to fix the lock means 6.
