PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nutritive composition having bone strengthening effect and hypotensive effect. SOLUTION: This composition contains 0.3-0.5 pt.wt. of magnesium and 0.25-1 pt.wt. of phosphorus based on 1 pt.wt. of calcium. This invention also relates to foods and beverages, pharmaceuticals and feeds containing calcium, magnesium and phosphorus at ratios adjusted to the above ranges. Inorganic compounds, organic compounds or natural materials containing calcium, magnesium and phosphorus as mineral components are used as the sources for calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. |
