Driving band 3 is installed with matching of its lateral axis with the center of mass of peripheral members 2 and their connection to central member 1. Central member 1 has ribs 4 in the shell bottom part, it may also be made with chamber 5 for accommodation of the incendiary or tracer composition; peripheral members 2 may be placed with formation of a nozzle for outflow of tracer composition combustion products.
