PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a general motor, to facilitate forming of a ship propelling device and to reduce manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: A ship propelling device includes a bracket 6 supported on a hull 2 and a motor driving unit 8 supported in the lower end part of this bracket 6 and positioned in the water 7. The motor driving unit 8 includes a casing 16 supported by the bracket 6 to constituted its outer shell, a motor 23 housed inside the casing 16 and attached to this casing 16 and a propeller 24 supported on the casing 16 and driven by the motor 23. |
