摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe extremely low temperature fluid feeding device which does not have danger such as an explosion in an extremely low temperature fluid container. SOLUTION: When the connected state between an extremely low temperature fluid container 4 and a transfer cable 2, and between the transfer cable 2 and a cryostat 1, is confirmed, a control means 7 lights up an operation available display lamp 5a of a pressurization device 5, and judges whether an extremely low temperature fluid is fed to a specified level in the cryostat 1, or not, based on a liquid level detection signal from a liquid level sensor 9. When the liquid level reaches the specified level, the control means 7 performs a motion to stop the feeding of the extremely low temperature fluid, and when the liquid level has not reached the specified level, the control means 7 judges the presence/absence of the opening/closing of an electromagnetic switching valve 3. When the valve is under a closed state, the control means 7 indicates to the electromagnetic switching valve 3 to open a passage, and when the electromagnetic switching valve is under an opened state, the control means 7 gives a pressurization indication to the pressurization device 5.
