<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate production planning by extracting a plan for which arrangement is not ready according to the MRP calculation results to be displayed by alarm, displaying the results in a Gantt chart, and visually expressing the results to process load. SOLUTION: MRP calculation is performed from production planning information (b) and reference information group (a) by a MRP calculating means 1 to calculate planning requirements and arrangement information (c). Arrangement and require processing are performed according to the planning requirements and arrangement information (c) and a reference information group (a) of the calculation result by an arrangement and reserve means 3.
