摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin intake manifold having sufficient connecting strength and sealability by easily molding a tube end of a different direction from a mold switching direction in a synthetic resin tubular unit having different directions of an inlet tube and an outlet tube. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a synthetic resin tubular unit in case of manufacturing an intake manifold W having different directions of an inlet tube and an outlet tube comprises the steps of conducting the steps of inserting a core, clamping a mold, injecting, opening the mold, removing the core, ejecting it, and rotating the mold by using a rotary injection molding (socalled DRI) mold having a core 33a slidable in a direction different from the switching direction of molds 1, 2 in combination with either ends of the inlet and outlet tubes, molding to mold split elements and forming to connect a pair of the split elements at each one rotating operation of the mold, thereby obtaining a complete product at each rotating operation.
