SUBSTANCE: container has casing formed as truncated cone with larger base joined with upper part of hermetically sealed housing and smaller base connected with lower edge of inner cone of shaped bottom. Openings in perforated casing and shaped bottom are arranged in rows, with distance between rows of openings increasing in direction away from container base.
