<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a hinge part connected even when a lid is removed from a case by a method wherein the sheet-form hinge part is extended from one end of a lid main body with a larger thickness, and they are integrally formed of a thermoplastic elastomer. SOLUTION: This lid 1 having hinge comprises of a lid main body 2 and a hinge part 3. For the lid main body 2, a recessed part 6 in which a hook 5 can be engaged, is provided at one end of the back surface, and a hook 7 which is engaged with a case recessed part, is provided at the other end of the back surface. The hinge part 3 is formed into a thin sheet-form, and is extended from the end part on the back surface side of the hook 7. The hinge part 3 is housed in a hinge housing space 8 of a case, and a protruding form stopper 9 is formed at the end part. In order to open the lid, the hook 7 side of the lid main body 2 is pressed in A direction, and the hook 7 is removed from the recessed part, and the hook 5 is removed from the recessed part 6 by sliding it in B direction. Then, the lid 2 is pulled up in C direction. By doing so, the hinge part 3 is pulled out from the hinge housing space 8. The stopper 9 hits a case protruding part 10, and stops there.</p> |
