<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an open/closed cover opening/closing and moving device for an underground structure which has an open/closed cover arranged at an opening on a ground surface as being capable of lightly and safely opening/closing the open/closed cover even in a narrow space. SOLUTION: Attachment holder 40 added to both sides of an open/closed cover 1 and an opening/closing tool 50 connected to the attachment holders 40 are provided. The attachment holder 40 has a locking tool 43 to be lockable to lock holes 1A installed on both sides of the open/closed cover 1, a connecting tool 49 arranged in front of the open/closed cover 1 ion the opening and moving direction and a first roller 45 to be momtable on a frame arranged at the depth of the open/closed cover 1 in the opening and moving direction. The opening/ closing tool 50 has an operating handle 50A with a second roller 53 as a fulcrum at the end and a suspending tool 55 for the connecting tool provided on the operating handle 50A. so that the operating handle 50A is elevated up and down to move up and down the front side of the open/closed cover 1 in the opening and moving direction via the suspending tool 55.</p> |
