PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance product yield and product quality by providing a rubber pressure re-introducing apparatus for re-introducing the rubber extruded from an extrusion port of a screw extruder into a cylinder. SOLUTION: A rubber kneader is constituted of a screw extruder 3 wherein a screw 2 is housed in a cylinder 1, a rubber supply hopper 4 for supplying rubber into the cylinder 1, a chemical supply apparatus 5 for supplying chemicals into the cylinder 1 on the downstream side of the screw extruder 3 and the rubber pressure reintroducing apparatus 6 provided on the downstream side of the chemical supply apparatus 5. By this constitution, since the rubber extruded from the rubber pressure re-introducing apparatus of return rubber arranged on the downstream side of the chemical supply apparatus 5 to a kneading screw 19 at a start time, rubber extruded after the apparatus is stopped by an unexpected reason, or trimming rubber is introduced to be again kneaded, the irregularity of chemicals to product rubber can be reduced. |
