PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacture and save on cost when manufacturing a weather strip with a varying cross-section shape in the longitudinal direction of a sealing part or a hollow part. SOLUTION: An opening part 22 of almost the same shape as the basic cross-section shape of an extrusion-molding part is formed on a molding die 21. In addition, a projecting part 23a which projects forward from the front face 21a of the molding die 21 is formed on the first bush 23 of the molding die 21. On the other hand, a movable die 26 for changing the outer shape of a sealing part is arranged on the front face 21a of the molding die 21. The movable die 26 moves between a position in which a curved face 27 provided on the tip part of the movable die 26 is separated from the projecting part 23a of the first bush 23 and a position in which the curved face 27 comes close to the projecting part 23a. Further, a first movable bush 28 and a second movable bush 29 are inserted into the opening part 22 of the molding die 21, and move forward or backward in the extrusion direction of EPDM. |
