<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staircase in which going up of an aged or a physically handicapped person is considered by filling up a recessed part formed with the front end part of a tread and the upper part of a riser with a decorative member. SOLUTION: A decorative member 14 is joined with a recessed part 13 formed with a tread 11 and a riser 12, by spreading adhesive in a horizontal face 17 and a vertical face 18. Or, it is fixed by using color nails 24. Hence, even when a tiptoe is lifted in the condition in which it is contacted with the riser 12, it is guided up to the end part of the tread 11 by the decorative member 14, and it is hardly caught. Hereby, a person can go up smoothly, and generation of an injury can be reduced so as to attain safety.</p> |
