PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disassemble or assemble a piston pump for its cleaning in a single operation to shorten the working time. SOLUTION: A rod 7 of an air cylinder 8 is formed at its end with U-shaped grooves 7a to allow the coupling thereof with a piston rod 3b in a single operation. A pump body 1 is provided at its both side faces contacting with a frame 9 with projecting engaging pins 1a as well as the frame 9 is formed with hooks 9a to thereby facilitate the positioning therebetween. A fixed seat 15 is formed at its top face with an engaging projection 15a as well as a leg 21 is formed at its underside with an engaging recess 21b to thereby facilitate the positioning therebetween. The tip of the leg 21 is fixed in a single operation by the use of a fixing lever 14 having a bellied hole.
