PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a soundproofing plate from mortar having elasticity at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this production, a mixture 10 obtained by mixing cement, aggregate and an aqueous polymer in volume ratios of (cement):(aggregate):(aqueous polymer) of about 1:1.5:1, is cast into molds 12 and 13 each of which is formed from a water-permeable material and has an opened upper surface and thereafter, a cover 15 is placed on the molds 12 and 13 so as to overlap each other through a water-permeable material layer 14 formed on the upper surface of the cast mixture 10, to integrate the molds 12 and 13 and the cover 15. Subsequently, the integrated molds 12 and 13 and cover 15 are maintained in a vertically standing state for a prescribed time to perform primary curing. After the primary curing, the integrated molds 12 and 13 and cover 15 are placed so that the cover 15 is positioned on the upper side of the molds 12 and 13 and then, the cover 15 is removed. In that state, the molds 12 and 13 are maintained for a prescribed time to perform secondary curing. |
