FIELD: manufacture of fittings. SUBSTANCE: valve includes body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, sleeve with seat and flow-through hole in circular wall and shut-off member with rod. Sleeve is located on bearing surface which is part of body. Bottom of sleeve is provided with slot located over arc at central angle lesser than 360 dwg and brought in communication with interior of sleeve through adjusting eccentric passage; this slot reduces in width towards blind end. Other adjusting eccentric passage is made in body; it is connected with branch pipe by means of transverse passage. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 9 cl, 2 dwgo
