SHEET MATERIAL EQUIPPED WITH IMPACT RELAXING PROPERTIES AND STRESS DISPERSIBIITY AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax and disperse an impact or vibration by covering the surface of a crosslinked gel material containing a filler with an elastomer film and further bonding a film for a core material thereto. SOLUTION: An elastomer film 2 laminated to a base material 3 in a releasable manner is bent to be arranged along the inner surface of a mold 4. Thereafter, a plasticizer is added to liquid rubber to be uniformly mixed therewith by a stirrer. A film 7 for a core material is bonded to be laminated to the elastomer film 2 protruding from a mold 4 and a molded object is taken out of the mold 4 and the base material 3 is peeled to obtain a stress dispersing material 1. The sheet material 1 has a structure such that the elastomer film 2 made of polyurethane rich in expansion and contraction deformation is partially applied to the surface of a crosslinked and lightened gel material 6 containing a plasticizer and at least one kind of a filler composed of a polymeric hollow body or a polymeric foam as a skin reducing stlckiness.
