FIELD: conveying equipment. SUBSTANCE: conveyer for loose and lump materials and loads has two mutually associated groups of wedge-shaped conveying elements installed in such a way that wedges of each of these groups alternate . One group consists of immovable wedge elements secured on the sides of the conveyer and the other group consists of movable wedge elements articulated by means of axle with lower sheet of the conveyer and moving together with the same sheet. The lover sheet of the conveyer reciprocates along guides and is pressed to the bearing surface of the immovable group of the wedges to minimize clearance between them. In the conveyer version having guides, the bearing surface of movable wedge-shaped conveying elements carries rigidly mounted levers. Secured on the ends of the levers are rollers, which move during the work along the guides made in the form of closed curves and situated immovably under the conveyer. Each guide has two stops disposed on the way of roller movement at the beginning and at the end of half-cycle of the movable wedge-shaped conveying elements reciprocation. In the conveyer version having limiters, the levers are mounted on the axle of turning of the movable wedge-shaped conveying elements, are adopted for rotary motion and are rigidly associated with the movable wedge-shaped conveying elements. The lever hinge unit is provided with clip. The levers are engaged with limiters positioned under the conveyer and mounted immovably at the beginning and at the end of half-cycle of the movable wedge-shaped conveying elements reciprocation. The proposed conveyer design allows the volume of the material conveyed oppositely to payload material flow to be reduced. EFFECT: improved conveyer efficiency. 2 cl, 7 dwgs
