PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a minimum space for a driver's seat and a driver which is advantageous in human engineering by providing a seat surface inclined forward, and arranging at least a single knee support part in the area of the driver's seat. SOLUTION: A driver 1 sits on a driver's seat having a seat surface 2 inclined forward. In order to reduce a burden of the backbone, a back support part 5 is arranged in a back part area of the driver 1, and knees are supported by a knee support part 3. In this case, a thigh part of the driver 1 proceeds forward and downward, and a lower leg part proceeds backward and downward. Such a leg part condition of the driver 1 can make shift with a smaller space than the front of the driver 1, and even a narrow cabin can be arranged so as to be turnable with the vertical axis 4 as the center.
